1. We can work with you via email to help you solve a specific problem. At a minimum, we expect you to subscribe. An annual subscription costs $20. A monthly subscription is $1.99.
2. If we're required to do some research and consult with our other associates, the cost is $50 per hour. We won't begin unless you agree to it. Most problems can be resolved with an hour's worth of effort.
3. We also offer face-to-face consultations in the Washington DC area. Our rate is $50 per hour. The clock starts when we begin work.
