Replacement parts and extensions are not produced by them. They pretty much are at the mercy of Home Depot and aside from the cartridge (talking about the shower unit), don't supply replacement parts. I've had to experience it first hand and even had a HD employee that has been in the plumbing industry as a plumber for over 15 years ,tell me, that he CANNOT recommend Pegasus at all. LIke the initial article stated, Moen, Delta, PF, Kohler all have parts and additional, adjustment pieces, (usually) readily available, whereas, Pegasus just doesn't.

I've regret having based my new bathroom on Pegasus's bamboo line now. I've had to tear open my wall to make adjustments and I fear the cartridge will not wear well or last long anyway.

Never again... as a matter of fact, I've already bought a bunch of Kohler units for my next bathroom remodel...

Goodbye Pegasus brand.
