Last year we were a little late with our holiday gift ideas, so we made a New Years resolution to bring things up earlier. These stocking stuffers and gifts are igreat for the do it yourselfer or that friend who is into eco-friendly gadgets. We've added some cool stuff for the ladies as well.

These days women are doing more around the house and that includes taking on home improvement projects. So we start off with two items that any woman needs. Both will make you look great.

4. Nellie’s Dryerballs, $19.99 (2-pack). The real alternative to dryer sheets for the person who has everyting.

5. Kill A Watt- about $20. A meter that measures how efficient your appliances use electricity. I'm gonna run out and get this myself. Ideal for the geek or techie in the office or at home who loves gadgets.

6. Basic Electric EcoKits, $13.94- sort of expensive but it will get the recipient started in saving electricity.

7. LowBoz, The Chair Silencer. This product will protect your wooden floors and your nerves as well if people are constantly dragging chairs around your kitchen.
