If I were to replace the Underground Sewer Line for a 1500 sq home old house in the Santa Anna Ca area, how much would it roughly cost? Just looking for a ball park figure.
We got bids from three licensed plumbing contractors in Virginia. The bids ranged between $5,000 and $13,000 and we ended up taking the $5,000 bid. The firm had done work for us before.
Make sure that the firm has that sewer line camera and don't feel bashful about taking a look yourself. Also consult with your county and see what and who they recommend. They are responsible for certain parts of the line so you don't want to pay for their part.
Of course bids in Southern California could vary, but times are slow so plumbers may give you a good deal. Call at least three contractors and trust your inner voice in selecting them--- are they knowledgeable, worked in your area and have done similar work.
