yes, I agree! I think the standard is something around 30" from table to bottom of fixture. But of course, you can always adjust to whichever suits you. And also you must consider the size of the chandelier
as well as the room.
ideal height is 36 inches
Most experts seem to think that 36 inches above a dining room table is pretty good.
