Exterior black paint is always peeling- help!

I have A black paint on the outside of my brother in laws house that peels after a year or two I have sanded primed and painted and it still peels what can I do. whats the best primer or paint for this also the paint only peels where the sun is the most.

Crack in Ruby Platina Granite

We noticed this crack in our granite in the corner of our sink area about a week and a half after it was installed. It goes all the way through so it does not appear to be anything natural. Is it possible that the crack will spider and get worse? The install company does not seem to want to help us at this point. What can we do?

i hear on radio that regular light bulbs were being phased out and that LED lights were going to replace them. The radio said that the LED lights would last 30 years but cost $30 a bulb. Should I replace all my lights with LED lights?

Plywood sheets and rain

My contractor just completed framing the floor and it is going to rain the next few days. There is no roof. Should I cover the floors with plastic sheeting to protect it?

Crack in Black Mosaic Granite- cause for concern?

Yesterday we had Black Mosaic installed in the kitchen. The granite is made up of many rocks/stones. One stone is large almost 8" by 11" and it seems to have two cracks through it. Our contractor says that this type of surface will have these naturally. It looks to me like a crack not a natural fissure. Is there really a reason to be concerned other than the way it looks.

Lowes- help with loading large items

I use the service of Lowe's for a lot of home projects and also refer new home purchasers to Lowe's for their needs. I always have problems (both in Cookeville, Tn and McMinnville, Tn) with finding associates to help with gathering materials and loading them. Are they supposed to help load large items after they have been purchased? or is the customer responsible for loading the items/materials?
